Scheduling information

Booking terms.

These terms explain how consultation times, changes, cancellations, and online sessions are handled on Decipher Network.

Confirming a session

A paid session is ready to schedule when Stripe confirms payment. The appointment itself is confirmed only after the scheduler displays a successful booking and you receive confirmation from Cal.com or the selected creator. Times are shown in your local timezone where supported. Check the date, time, timezone, consultation type, and duration before confirming.

You must complete the pre-session document, accept the consultation scope, privacy notice, and these booking terms, and complete payment before the calendar is shown. Keep your answers accurate and avoid including medical records, diagnoses, or crisis details.

60- and 90-minute session preparation

Clients selecting a 60- or 90-minute session complete the private online Building Foundation questionnaire before payment. This questionnaire does not apply to 45-minute bookings. After successful payment, one private copy is delivered to Decipher for session preparation and the appointment calendar opens.

Cancellations and rescheduling

Use the cancellation or rescheduling link in your confirmation message whenever possible. If you cannot access the link, contact the creator using the email shown on their profile.

  • With at least 24 hours' notice, you may reschedule once without charge or request a full refund.
  • With less than 24 hours' notice, you may request one session credit to use within 60 days. A cash refund is not normally provided for a late change of mind.
  • If you miss the session without notice, the payment is not normally refundable. Decipher may offer a replacement time where illness, emergency, or another exceptional circumstance reasonably prevented attendance.
  • If Decipher or the creator cancels and a suitable replacement time is not accepted, you will receive a full refund.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Bank and card-processing times vary, so the credit may take 5 to 10 business days to appear.

Creator changes

A creator may need to move or cancel a session because of illness, emergency, availability, or technical problems. If that happens, you will be offered a new time or another appropriate next step. A booking does not guarantee that every requested topic is within the creator's scope.

Online sessions

You are responsible for a suitable device, stable connection, working camera or microphone where needed, and a private environment. If a video link fails, contact the creator. Where appropriate, the session may move to another agreed format.

Payment status

Where payment is enabled for a consultation, payment and scheduling are separate confirmation steps. The amount and currency must be shown before Stripe Checkout opens. Your card details are entered directly into Stripe and are not collected by the Decipher website.

Payment gives you access to the matching appointment calendar but does not reserve a time by itself. Complete scheduling after payment and keep both the Stripe receipt and Cal.com confirmation. If no available time is suitable, contact Decipher to arrange another option or request the applicable refund.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies consumer guarantees or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Where the service has a major failure, or another consumer guarantee remedy applies, your statutory rights take priority over the change-of-mind conditions above.

Respectful participation

Participants and creators are expected to communicate respectfully. A creator may end or decline a session where there is harassment, abuse, an unsafe situation, a serious scope mismatch, or a need for emergency or regulated professional support.
