Information we use
When you arrange a consultation, we may receive your name, email address, phone number where required, timezone, selected creator, consultation type, preferred duration, chosen time, and any information you decide to include in a booking question or message.
Please avoid sharing medical records, identification documents, payment details, or highly sensitive information through a booking form unless it is genuinely necessary and specifically requested.
Why we use it
- To show relevant availability and arrange your selected consultation.
- To send confirmations, reminders, rescheduling information, or a personal follow-up.
- To give the selected creator enough context to prepare for the conversation.
- To respond to questions, protect the service, and meet applicable legal obligations.
Scheduling through Cal.com
Decipher uses Cal.com to display availability and schedule an appointment after Stripe confirms payment. The Decipher website does not keep a separate database copy of the pre-session form. Your email and Stripe checkout reference are passed to Cal.com so the server can verify that the appointment matches a paid session. Your country, conversation focus, desired outcome, and questionnaire answers are not copied into Cal.com metadata.
Information entered in the scheduler is processed through Cal.com and any calendar, video, email, or reminder services connected to that booking. Cal.com describes booking account holders as controllers of attendee booking data and Cal.com as a processor acting on their instructions.
Sharing and marketing
Booking information is used for scheduling, communication, preparation, service administration, and safety. Building Foundation responses submitted through the verified client form are privately delivered to Decipher by email for session preparation; the answers are not stored in Stripe metadata or displayed on a public website dashboard. Decipher does not sell booking information. We do not use consultation details for unrelated marketing. Information may be handled by the selected creator and the service providers needed to operate the booking, calendar, video, payment, and communication tools.
Payments through Stripe
Where online payment is enabled, Stripe processes the payment details on its secure checkout service. Decipher receives the payment status, selected creator, consultation type, duration, later booking reference, and the version of the client agreement accepted at checkout. The Decipher website does not receive or store your full card number.
Retention and your choices
Pre-session answers kept only in the current browser session are removed when that browser session ends. Booking, agreement, transaction, accounting, complaint, and safety records are kept only for as long as reasonably needed for those purposes and applicable legal obligations. You may ask to access, correct, or delete information held by Decipher, subject to any record we are required to retain.
